Najmudheen is an accountant with over 10 years’ experience in finance, sales & marketing. Before launching QBA, he was Sales and Marketing Supervisor at M.H. Group of Companies in Dubai for nine years.

He received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from William Carey University in India & is a member of the Institute of Public Accountants, and a Fellow of the National Tax and Accountants’ Association in Australia. He is also an individual registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

Sheeja is a seasoned finance professional with an outstanding track record of managing small to medium-sized businesses. She has a wealth of knowledge in public practice including tax planning and compliance, forensic accounting, administering self-managed super funds, strategic business growth and all aspects of payroll outsourcing.

Before launching QBA,Sheeja spent much of her career in senior accounting and finance roles that relied on her astute knowledge of financial strategy, forecasting and reporting to achieve growth.

Sheeja is an accounting member of IPA (Institute of Public Accountants), has received an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She also has a Master of Commerce in Forensic Accounting and Commerce from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in India.

Sheeja is an individual registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board. In 2020, she became a Justice of The Peace (NSW).

Ellie is a general and tax accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in Applied Finance from Macquarie University and a Master of Global Project Management from Torrens University in Australia.

Before working at Qualita Business Accounting, she was Assistant Finance and Management Accountant at Snakk Media. Ellie’s background includes working in finance for luxury brands, such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics.

She is a member of CPA Australia and Vice President Educational and Treasurer of Toastmasters at Torrens University. She is also a member of Mentors@Macquarie and a University Ambassador for Torrens University.

Lisa Huynh is studying for a Diploma of Accounting with TAFE Digital after completing her Certificate IV of Accounting and Bookkeeping with Southwest Sydney TAFE in 2018.

Lisa has experience as a Tax Consultant and has assisted in the preparation of individual and business tax returns using XERO tax via virtual meetings for many valued clients. She holds an Advanced Certificate in MYOB with The Career Academy and also has obtained a Certificate of Achievement for completing the Income Tax Return & Business Activity Statement (BAS) Preparation Skills Workshop.

This is how Lisa describes her passion for accounting: “I believe that the accounting profession is more than just managing and processing numbers, but to aid different individuals and businesses to reach their financial goals and provide them with satisfaction.”

Livie Luong is a recent graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance.

Livie is excited to be utilising her skills and knowledge working with the QBA team.

Moreover, her internships experience has afforded her a well-rounded skill set including developing problem-solving skills as well as a flair for problem management. These previous roles have strengthened her intellectual capabilities, self-drive and willingness to learn.

Ken is a general and tax accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a Master in Business Administration.

Have a solid background in using various accounting cloud software such as Xero, MYOB, QBO, Xero tax and many more. His expertise is to assist the small business owners with their end to end payroll processing, tax returns & financials, superannuation and general tax consultancy.

Ken loves learning new processes that can help his clients with their business profitability and overall financial success.

Hobbies: Ken is an ardent volleyball player and enjoys spending time with his friends and family during his free time.

Arnie has a Bachelor’s in accounting and has been providing bookkeeping and accounting services to many small to medium sized businesses.

Arnie’s work experience includes working for many international companies including PWC. He is very passionate about assisting his clients achieve their business success goals and watching them grow.

At QBA, Arnie assists in preparing the Business Activity Statements, End to end payroll, Bookkeeping, End of year accounts (Tax Returns & Financials).

Hobbies: Arnie is a melophile and loves his musical instruments and enjoy playing Guitar, Drums.
