Registering your company
STEP 1: We confirm with you the type of business structure that you would like to register and verify with ASIC that the name is available. If it is, we then go ahead and register the company on your behalf and apply for ABN, and business TFN numbers.
STEP 2: After your company is registered we provide you with the Certificate of Registration, Minutes of the Resolution, and the Constitution.
STEP 3: Once available, we provide you with your company’s ABN and business TFN numbers.
Registered ASIC agent
Your obligations to ASIC continue after your business is registered. When we act as your company’s ASIC agent, we can take the hassle out of managing this by:
- Reminding you when to pay the annual ASIC fee
- Helping you review your company annual statement
- Lodging ASIC forms and documents
